Hours of Operation

Soap Bars N More’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. All business will be conducted during those hours. Any e-mails or inquiries generated outside of that time will be handled on the next working business day.

Returns and exchange details

Due to the nature of skin care products, returns are not accepted, and we do not offer refunds. If there is a mistake with your order, please let us know immediately so that we can correct it.

Shipping

The items listed in our shop are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted. Your order will be shipped USPS first class or priority mail. Estimate shipping 1-5 business days. The time we need to process an order for shipping varies. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

COVID-19 POLICIES AND TERMS OF PURCHASE

By making a purchase on this website, you have agreed to the following conditions of purchase:

  1. I have read and agree to the Shipping Policy of Soap Bars N More.
  2. I have read and agree to the Return and Exchange policy of Soap Bars n More.
  3. I understand that due to Covid-19, production, shipping, and delivery of my order may take longer than usual. As it currently stands USPS and UPS are delivering some packages without updating tracking information. This means Soap Bars N More may not have shipping updates while your package is in transit.
  4. I understand that if my order is lost in transit, I will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Soap Bars N More is not responsible for items lost in transit by the shipping carrier.
  5. I understand that if my order is marked DELIVERED but I haven’t received it, I must open a claim with the shipping carrier.
  6. I understand that any discrepancies with my order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through the proper channels.
  7. I confirm that I have checked my order details and I have put the correct e-mail, delivery address, and account information.
  8. I understand that is any of the above situations occur, and I contact Soap Bars N More customer service I will be referred back to the terms and conditions page.
